REBECCA Allison of Mrs Allison’s Bakery in The Brunel Centre and Hadi Brooks of Rays Ice Cream in Old Town have agreed a partnership which will see Rays Ice Cream sold in the town centre bakery from May 1.
Mrs Allison’s Bakery opened on the first floor of The Brunel Centre in March this year.
The bakery offers a range of homemade cupcakes and cakes that are freshly baked throughout the day and also provides a place to stop for lunch with a deli counter serving a variety of handcrafted sandwiches, baguettes and salads.
Rays Ice Cream was established in Old Town in August 2011 and make all of their ice cream in their shop on Devizes Road.
Owner Hadi said: “Since opening we have expanded our business with mobile units catering for weddings, charity events, corporate events and the like.
“We have been looking for a quality town centre establishment to work with and we believe that we have found this in Mrs Allison’s Bakery.”
Mrs Allison’s Bakery can be found on the first floor of The Brunel Centre, near Waterstones.
