A second man to die following the crash on the M4 on Monday has been named as James Vernon Stark, 37, of Mountain Ash, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. He was one of three men who died following the accident near J17 Chippenham.

The A350 at Cold Harbour will be closed for approximately 30 minutes while a vehicle is recovered from the side of the road. Drivers should seek an alternative route.
