Appeal to find Kevin
9:37am Friday 4th July 2014 in News
A FAMILY has sent out a plea for a 25-year-old man to come home after he went missing last month.
Kevin Norris, pictured, also known as Keven Glendinning or Tev, disappeared on the morning of June 22 after behaving erratically and telling his relatives he planned to walk to Basildon.
Kevin, of no fixed address, has not responded to his relatives’ calls since or used his social media account. His phone was initially traced in Newbury and most recently in London, according to the family.
His mother Frances Norris, 48, of Old Town, urged her son to let his family know he was safe.
“He’s been missing for 11 days; I am very worried and I can’t stop crying,” she said. “His phone is off, he has not been on Facebook and he has no money. He doesn’t know anyone in Newbury or London.
“I know he is 25 but he is still my baby. We need to know he is OK.”
Kevin was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and a gold and black Adidas top. He was carrying a grey shoulder bag and grey rucksack containing a tent.
His brother Alex, 23, added: “Everybody is worried. My sister Kara can’t eat or sleep. We are not angry. We just want him to come home and to know that he is safe.”
A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: “We would ask anyone with information to contact us on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be left anonymously.”
