BUSINESSES and residents are being encouraged to host a fry up in aid of Swindon Carers Centre.
The Carers Trust is hosting Britain’s Best Breakfast to help raise money for unpaid carers.
Swindon Carers Centre, based in Wood Street, is encouraging as many people as possible to hold an event between October 17 and 19 to support the campaign.
Susanna Jones, the centre’s communications and PR manager, said: “We are hoping that many people from the town will get involved and raise a toast to our carers. It is a simple concept that allows as many people as possible to take part.
“You can hold events in the work place, at home or cafes can even donate a percentage of their takings.”
Swindon Carers Centre will be hosting a breakfast for its trustees on October 17.
