JONNY May’s Six Nations debut lasted only six minutes before he was forced off with a broken nose against France today.

The former Wootton Bassett youngster started on the wing for England but, after his side had slipped behind to an early Yohan Huget try, May’s night was over following a collision with left the Gloucester back with a broken nose.

England went on to lose the game 26-24.
