FAZEY Ann Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on 8th January 2014, aged 52 years. Loving mum to Emily, sister to Lynda, Pam and Suzie, step mum to Arthur, Aimee and Nadine, aunty to Philip, Ben, Tom, Alice and Aaron. Ann will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at St John the Baptist and St Helen's Church, Wroughton, on Monday 20th January 2014 at 2.00pm followed by cremation at Kingsdown Crematorium. Flowers may be sent to the Hillier Chapel of Rest or donations would be appreciated for Prospect Hospice and N.S.P.C.C., c/o Hillier Funeral Service, 170 Victoria Road, Swindon, SN1 3DF.
