MITCHAM Patricia Mary née Cremin Peacefully at Fairhaven Residential Home on Tuesday 2 September 2014 aged 84 years. Dear wife of Brian (deceased), loving mother of Donna and Kevin, much loved nan to Gavin, Neil and Damien and mother-in-law to Elaine. A dear sister and auntie to many. The family would like to thank all the staff at Fairhaven for their care and compassion over the years. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 18 September 2.00pm at Holy Rood Church followed by a committal at Kingsdown Crematorium.
