WESTON Jack (John) Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on Saturday 18th July 2015. Cherished Husband of June and a much loved Dad and Grampy who will be sadly missed. Funeral service to take place at Kingsdown Crematorium on Tuesday 4th August 2015 at 10.30 a.m. At Jack’s request no black to be worn.
