BAILES Phyllis Jean Passed away peacefully at Great Western Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday 31st January 2017, aged 85 years. A much loved and devoted Wife, Mum, Nan and Great Grandma. Funeral service to take place at Kingsdown Crematorium on Friday 3rd March at 12:45. All welcome.
