JEFFERIES Patricia Pamela Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on 17th June 2017, aged 80 years. Much loved mother to Jane and David and their partners and grandmother to Miles, Christopher, Thomas and Saffron. Funeral, Thursday 6th July, service and cremation at Kingsdown Crematorium at 1.30pm.
