WHEELER Cicely Lavinia (Chris) On 7th October 2017, suddenly, but peacefully at home, aged 84 years. Loving Wife of Vic (deceased), dearly loved Mum of Brian, Jane and Sue, loved Mother-In-Law of Pauline, Phil and Dave, adored Nan to her 7 Grandchildren and a very special Great Nan to her 9 Great Grandchildren. She was loved so much and will be forever missed. Funeral Friday 27th October, 12.45 at Kingsdown Crematorium.
