SHORT Patrick Michael 'Pat' Passed away peacefully at Princess Lodge Care Centre on 28th May 2018, aged 79 years. Much loved husband of Barbara. Loving dad to Andy & Jim, grandad of Sam, Meg and Joe. Funeral service to be held at Holy Rood Church on Monday 25th June at 11.15am followed by committal at Kingsdown Crematorium.
