COOK Mary Therese. Passed away peacefully at The Great Western Hospital on 13th June 2018, aged 76 years. The loving partner to Eddie (deceased), devoted mum to Sandra, Andy and Shelly, wonderful mother in law to John, Hilary and Peter, much loved nan and great nanny to Leah, Lewis, Warren, Jade, Sean, Alfie and Roan, Berkley and Albie and their partners Dode, Ellen and Paul. Funeral service will be held at Kingsdown Crematorium on Thursday 12th July at 10.30 am.
