MELSOME Jean (née Penz) At the Great Western Hospital on February 15, 2012. Mother of Susan and Shirley. Grandmother of Benjamin, Carolyn, Angela and Andrew. Great grandmother of Aiden. The funeral service will take place at Kingsdown Crematorium, Swindon on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 10.30am. Flowers welcome.
