BROOKS Lee-Ann née Young Passed away peacefully on Monday June 4, 2012, aged 36 years. Beloved wife and best friend to Nick, devoted mum to Morgan and Megan, a special daughter, sister and friend who will be sadly missed. Funeral service will take place at Kingsdown Crematorium on Tuesday June 19 at 12.45pm. Bright colours to be worn with colourful shoes as per Lee-Ann’s wishes. Family cut flowers only please, donations would be appreciated for Prospect Hospice c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 439 Cricklade Road, Swindon, SN2 1AQ. Tel: 01793 534759
