Neighbourhood Policing Team

Pc Ben Collier is stepping down as the Community Beat Manager for the Covingham & Eldene Neighbourhood Policing Team. The area covered by this team includes Dorcan, Nythe and Liden.
Pc Rachel Barnett is the new Beat Manager. Rachel is a veteran of nearly twenty years police service and brings with her a wealth of experience. Rachel has been working on the NPT for a number of months now in the Beat Officer capacity.
Local Covingham and Nythe Councillor Dale Heenan welcomes the swift action of Inspector Mark Sellers in appointing Pc Rachel Barnett to the area. "I look forward to talking to Pc Barnett in the coming weeks to ensure that the Neighbourhood Policing Team keep on top of the problems expierenced by residents."
