Your local councillors, Rex Barnett, Ian Dobie and David Renard are delighted to announce that we now have the long-awaited report on Thames Avenue which looks particularly at the traffic calming elements along the road. We have arranged a meeting to discuss the options. The details are: Tuesday 27 January 2009 7pm Haydon Centre An abridged copy of the report is available for residents to peruse in pdf format at www.haydonwickintouch.com/news/1537. Full size maps will be on display at the meeting and Highways officers will be there to explain the report and answer questions. Cllr David Renard said "We hope that as many residents as possible will be able to come to the meeting, hear about the options, look at the large scale maps and give their views on how we should move forward.''
