(Blimey it must be time for a tea break!) To celebrate this, Upper Stratton Library and the Advice Point are holding a coffee morning on 16th December between 10.30 and 12.30 with FREE tea, coffee, mince pies and of course lots of FREE advice. Come and join in and find out more about what they do.
Stratton Advice Point is an independent advice-giving agency and a full member of AdviceUK. It was set up in 1985 with the help of the library service and Wiltshire Law Centre; funding is provided by Stratton St Margaret Parish Council. It is staffed by dedicated volunteers from the local community who are trained on how to deliver the advice. Over the years the team of volunteers have helped over 1,400 people. A reason in itself to celebrate. So if you would like to find out more about what they do and how it works, join them on the 16th December, it’s friendly, it’s informal, it’s confidential, it’s FREE. See you there.
