Artsite at the Post Modern Gallery are pleased to be presenting their latest exhibition. "Take Three". Artists Sally Taylor, Vicky Silver and Hannah Moreton have teamed up to create a 2 week exhibition of their latest work. The public have the chance to view the exhibition from the 18th until the 30th July 2011. The gallery will be open for viewing on Monday to Saturday from 11am until 5pm.
Sally Taylor's exhibit is called Personal Histories. Paintings and drawings inspired by old photographs, which have been collected over many years. Some of these works are presented in an unusual way, using ephemera from the past.
Vicky Silver is exhibiting a selection of line drawings using different media including charcoal, print and wire. She will be demonstrating simple mono printing during the second week, giving the public the opportunity to see the creative process in action.
Hannah Moreton celebrates the passions which affect her life with highly amusing images constructed from mixed media, using stitch, buttons, illustrations and even safety pins. Her Queen Viv celebrating Vivian Westwood is a must see. Hannah is also introducing the "Artsite Hand Made Market" into the Brunel Centre on Saturday 23rd July.
