Humberts has announced it will be hosting a stand at the Country Living Spring Fair to showcase a range of new properties for sale. Around 17,000 people are expected to attend the four-day event taking place April 27-30 at Alexandra Palace, in London.

At a time when more Londoners are considering leaving the capital than ever before – 280,000 people left the Capital in 2015, a 3 per cent increase on the previous year – Humberts seeks to showcase property choices beyond the M25. In fact, this will be the first time that an Estate Agent has exhibited at the Fair.

Ian Westerling, Managing Director of Humberts, commented: “We’re delighted to be involved in the Country Living Spring Fair – it’s a natural fit for us and a real opportunity to bring our homes to our target audience. We’ve seen a huge increase in Londoner’s looking to move out to the shires in search of value. We’ll be providing authoritative advice for those looking to move out of the Capital whether they’re looking for a Chocolate Box Cottage, seaside bolt hole, Manor House, Estate or Farm.”
