Redrow Homes is opening the doors of its new show homes this weekend at the Badbury Park development near Swindon.

The show homes will be open from 10am to 5.30pm on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th February, for visitors to drop in with no appointment necessary, to view at their leisure. The Redrow sales team will be on site to answer any queries about the properties available on this latest phase of development.

Visitors will be able to explore the homes from Redrow’s Heritage Collection which take their design inspiration from the soft colour palettes and traditional structures of the Arts and Crafts movement of the 1920s.

With a combination of two, three and four-bedroom detached, semi-detached and terrace family homes, the development is conveniently placed just three miles from Swindon and near the M4 and A419 with its fast links to Cirencester and Gloucester.

Situated on the edge of the Coate Water Country Park, looking out on charming Cotswold countryside, Badbury Park is a mixed-use development which, when completed, will provide up to 396 Redrow homes.

Sabrina Abolghasemi, Redrow sales manager for Badbury Park, said: “With the combination of country life and all the town amenities within easy reach, Badbury Park is the ideal place to raise a family.

“We’re really looking forward to welcoming visitors to look round some of the stunning homes we have to offer.”

The new homes currently released for sale are from £325,995. On the previous phase of the development there are also three bedroom homes which are available at 80 per cent of the open market value due to our Discounted Open Market Scheme, providing local homes for local people.
