Looking hot and feeling it too

Autumn’s here, winter’s coming and the temptation to snuggle up by the fire and not move until spring is great.

But hibernation is not an option and to chase away the winter blues we should be getting active instead of sluggish.

Research shows those people affected by the winter condition SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) report an improvement in their symptoms when they take regular exercise and get outdoors.

We asked Swindon store John Anthony to come up with some latest winter looks for men, which will keep guys warm but looking good too.

With the right gear, you can be ready for anything the British weather has to throw at you.

Fighting off the big chill is no problem with a furry Parker, for instance.

Failing that, stick on a bright colour, such as this scarlet cardigan opposite, and you’ll lift everyone’s spirits!

Above all else, keep active and you will be less likely to be troubled by the winter blues.
