What trade union, it really is a joke.
Never realising we had a trade union bloke.
(Big Ron from Penhill)
I laughed until I cried.
Poets like to see their verse in print,
I think the editor will save a space,
For Poet’s Corner you’ll see,
But any more than three days in print
We will be very lucky.
Big Ron you’ve proved your point,
Now your work is done. Sticking up
For Poet’s Corner has pleased everyone.
