Daniel de Borah, a rising piano star from Down Under in Australia, is appearing at the latest Swindon Recital Series concert.
Daniel studied at the Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest and the St Petersburg State Conservatoire and the Royal Academy of Music. He has performed all over the globe including the Sydney Opera House, the St Petersburg Capella, the Wigmore Hall and the Purcell Rooms in London and has appeared with many international orchestras.
And on Sunday December 2 at 3pm he will be performing at the Swindon Arts Centre, Devizes Road In Old Town.
Daniel has won the Sydney International Piano Competition, the 2001 Tbilisi International Piano Competition and this year the piano section of the Royal Academy Overseas Competition.
Daniel's programme on Sunday will include Mozart's Piano Sonata in A minor, 2 Nocturnes and a Scherzo by Chopin and a panoply of Prokofiev's Romeo & Juliet.
