This week's wine is Graham Beck Brut, from South Africa. Wine shop manager Brian Saunders said: "Fizz is a real speciality at Graham Beck and Pieter Bubbles' Ferreira is renowned as the Cape's finest sparkling wine maker.
"The Brut is made from 61 per cent Chardonnay and 39 per cent Pinor Noir grapes. It shows light, yeasty aromas, leading to a full, rich and creamy palate packed with soft, ripe fruit, balanced by a crisp, refreshing finish. A great spring sparkler."
