A lovely cookie recipe to make with the kids.

Ingredients

260g butter (diced) 4 eggs 100g brown sugar 260g caster sugar 600g plain flour 2tsp baking powder 800g choc chips Pinch salt Method

Cream the butter and sugar until light and airy Add the eggs one at a time Fold in the dry ingredients and finally the chocolate chips Roll the mixture into a cylinder shape using greaseproof paper. Allow to firm up in fridge, then cut into 3cm rounds Bake at 160c for 12mins on a lined baking tray
