OLLY Murs is the latest big name to be announced for Westonbirt Arboretum’s Forest Live summer concerts next summer.
One of British music’s biggest stars, Olly is one of the most successful artists to come from the X Factor and this year sees him celebrate his fourth successive number one album 24 Hrs.
Before his huge summer tour, the spring of 2017 will see Olly play 23 UK shows including three at London’s O2
His appearance at Westonbirt on Friday, June 16 is one of 20 Forest Live outdoor dates organised by the Forestry Commission.
Forest Live is an independent programme promoted by Forestry Commission England to bring forests to new audiences. Income generated from ticket sales is spent on protecting, improving and expanding forests and woodlands and increasing their value to people and wildlife. Over Forest Live’s 16 year history, money raised has contributed to a wide range of projects, from wildlife conservation to making improvements for visitors.
Olly will be followed by another confirmed big name on Saturday, June 17 when Rick Astley will be performing along with special guest Rumer.
