THE Tawny Owl is hosting a music festival and family fun day later this month with a chance to bid for a signed Liverpool FC shirt.
Kaleido Bay, Down and Dirty, the Thieving Magpies, Evolution, Built For Comfort, Sarah C Ryan, and Homer are some of the acts scheduled to perform at the Taw Hill event on May 19 from 2pm to 11pm.
Facepainting, glitter tattoos, hair-braiding, stalls and cakes are being lined up for children and families to enjoy.
A Liverpool Football Club football signed by the 2017-2018 squad will be one of many top items up for auction.
There will also be a raffle with a variety of prizes.
Swindon Cares, Arkell’s, Holmes Music, the Swindon branch of the Liverpool FC Official Supporters Club, JayWing, Making Events More Musical, and Michael York are sponsoring the event.
The music festival is being held to raise money for Swindon Women’s Aid and the Nelson Trust.
