The UK has been described as an Alien Nation with the number of UFO sightings reaching bizarre levels.

With sighting reports from all over the country appearing daily, what is going on? Swindon UFO Research has been involved with many of these sightings and the results are disappointing for alien watchers. We are not being invaded – not yet anyway!

Of all the sightings reported the most probable causes have now been established. These include Lanterns, Balloons, Flares and bolides. There are two cases being investigated by the Swindon based group that as yet have no resolution.

The first of these sightings include nine sodium lights flying in formation and witnessed by five people, including an ex-ATC (Air Traffic Controller). The witness reported that the flight characteristics were much like an aircraft but the last light behaved in a strange manner.

The second sighting based further west near Bristol describes two lights, one red and one amber travelling side by side. As they flew over the witness the amber light appeared to be travelling in a circular motion below the red one.
