Vintage Bus
Built by an Essex based firm since 1981, the Asquith is an English automobile which was founded to build ‘retro-style’ delivery vans on top of Ford Transit chassis.
This model was built specifically for Newsquest Wiltshire Ltd for promotional use. Today it is used for exactly that purpose. Promotional teams for all of our publications – Swindon Advertiser, Gazette & herald, Wiltshire Times and Chippenham News – use the bus at local events including summer festivals and carnival parades as well as Christmas events and light switch-ons.
The Vintage Bus is also available to hire to drive you and up to 5 friends to your school prom for a donation of £50 which will be given to the Swindon Advertiser’s chosen charity.
If you would like to book our Vintage Bus for an event you are holding email dedwards@newswilts.co.uk or call Darren on 01793 501930
