A PERFORMER billed as ‘The People’s Medium’ takes the Wyvern Stage on Sunday.

Colin Fry, who says the dead communicate with him, was scheduled to appear at the Swindon theatre on February 28, but the date was postponed due to ill health.

He is best known for appearances on various TV programmes with psychic and supernatural themes, notably 6ixth Sense with Colin Fry and Psychic Private Eyes.

His website – colinfry.co.uk – notes: “Publicly acknowledged as ‘The People’s Medium’, Colin is one of the world’s most renowned mediums. Having worked as a Spiritualist Medium, registered healer and tutor for 35 years, 2012 saw Colin become a Spiritualist Minister, now officially known as “The Reverend Colin Fry.”

He has also made a series in New Zealand called The Happy Medium and one in Norway called Den Andre Siden, and is the author of several books as well as being a regular magazine columnist.

The website adds: “Having undertaken intensive international touring, playing at 130-160 theatres worldwide every year, in 2011 it was decided to include more regional theatres allowing fans and followers to see Colin Fry Live, without the need of additional expense to travel to large cities.

“Although Colin’s unique style of mediumship is inclusive in large auditoriums, within the more intimate theatres he feels that his live demonstrations are more up close and personal.”

Colin has appeared at the Wyvern before, as have several other celebrity mediums including Liverpudlian Derek Acorah.

Tickets for Colin’s Wyvern appearance, which starts at 7.30pm, cost £19.50 with various concessions available.
