AFTER 31 successful years, amateur drama group Stage Struck is performing its very last pantomime, Cinderella, which is at the Arts Centre until Saturday.

In a twist on the traditional fairy tale, Buttons and the Fairy Godmother team up with poor Cinders to fight her Wicked Stepsisters and ensure she goes to the ball and meets her Prince Charming.

With a host of crazy characters, songs, dances, sing-alongs, audience participation and lots of comedy, it’s not hard to see why Stage Struck pantos have been a firm favourite with their audiences over the decades. Expect a lot of mischief and mayhem, innuendo and double entendre.

Cinderella is on at 7pm tonight and 10.30am, 2pm and 7pm on Saturday. Tickets are £11 (£10) from Stage Struck on 01793 840757.
