AWARD-winning radio and TV host Iain Lee is to present a selection of bizarre events from the history of the wireless.
In Iain Lee vs Radio he asks: why did Nicky Campbell drop himself in it when talking about foxes, what do callers to local radio really think about Mayor Boris Johnson and do old lady professors know what you can and what you most definitely can’t say on the radio?
Aided by choice clips all radio presenters wish would vanish into oblivion, Iain also tells his story and how he reluctantly ended up working for some of the biggest (and smallest) radio stations in the country.
Iain Lee vs Radio will appear at the Arts Centre on Saturday, September 12 at 7.30pm. Tickets are £16. To book call 01793 524481 or visit swindontheatres.co.uk.
