SALOS are back with another corker, Sister Act.
Adapted from the acclaimed film starring Whoopi Goldberg, the feel-good musical tells the hilarious story of Deloris Van Cartier, a wannabe diva whose life takes a surprising turn when she witnesses a crime and the cops hide her in the last place anyone would think to look: a convent. Under the suspicious watch of Mother Superior, Deloris helps her fellow sisters find their voices leading their humble choir and unexpectedly rediscovers her own.
A sparkling tribute to the universal power of friendship, featuring original music from the composer behind Beauty and the Beast and The Little Shop of Horrors, Sister Act will give Swindon audiences cause to rejoice.
Sister Act will appear at the Wyvern Theatre until Saturday, October 24. Tickets start at £15. To book and for more details go to swindontheatres.co.uk or call 01793 524481.
