THE timeless tale of Pinocchio will be brought to life panto-style by Thames Water staff at the Wyvern this weekend.
Geppetto longs for a son of his own and builds a puppet boy named Pinocchio who is magically brought to life by a beautiful fairy. To become a real boy, Pinocchio must first prove he is brave, kind and true by setting off on an epic journey.
Will Pinocchio make the right choices and be good? Or will he be tempted to do wrong by a mischievous Fox and Cat or the evil Puppet Master?
Prepare for lots of laughter, plenty of singing, great entertainment and no lies in the family-friendly show. The panto is Thames Water’s 21st amateur production at the Wyvern. Proceeds will go to worthy local causes.
Pinocchio: No Strings Attached runs on Friday and Saturday at 7.30pm. Tickets are £12. To book call 01793 524 481 or go to swindontheatres.co.uk.
