JOIN Elinor and Marianne Dashwood as they make their first forays into the exquisite world of eighteenth-century society in Jane’s Austen Sense and Sensibility at Lydiard Park tomorrow.
Adapted for the stage by Chapterhouse Theatre Company, it follows two sisters’ trials and tribulations as they navigate Regency society and promises to bring Lydiard Park’s open air season to a glorious close.
Guests are invited to picnic under a starlit summer evening and lose themselves in the story of two young women on a quest to find the perfect balance of sense and sensibility.
Gates open at 6pm. The performance starts at 7pm. Tickets are £15.50
for adults and £11.50 for children and students.
Umbrellas are not allowed. Dogs are not permitted within the auditorium area.
