Paul Turner, Swindon's own concert pianist, is showcasing his lighter side with a lunchtime recital of jazz and ragtime.
Paul is the founder and artistic director of the Swindon Recital Series he started 23 years ago.
He twisted his friends arms to bring the top brass in classical music to his home town and make chamber music accessible to everyone.
The programme will include Joplin's Maple Leaf Rag, Debussy, Gershwin, a selection from Chick Corea's Children's Songs and a finale of Ginastera's Danzas Argentinas.
Paul will be playing from 1.05pm on Wednesday, February 15 at the Wyvern Theatre.
- Tickets are £6, accompanied children under 14 free. For more details or tickets call 01793 524481 or visit www.swindontheatres.co.uk
