With scenes of refugees fleeing war-torn areas of the world appearing with heartbreaking regularity on our TV screens, the latest piece of theatre from dance company ACE is particularly relevant, portraying the physical and mental upheaval of leaving home, of change and embracing a different way of life.
The Birmingham-based African Cultural Exchange Ltd presents Ten, choreographed by Jose Agudo, at Swindon Dance, Town Hall Studios, Regent Circus on Friday, March 24 at 7.30pm.
Ten fuses Flamenco, Kathak, Martial Arts and ballet set to music composed by Giuliano Modarelli and Vincenzo Lamagna.
