Remembering the fallen
THE Festival of Remembrance will return to the Wyvern to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the First World War.
The Western Players, children’s choir of Goddard Park School, Defence Academy Military Wives Choir, Wessex Male Choir, and music by the Wilshire Police Band will come together to remember the country’s fallen heroes at what promises to be an emotional performance on Sunday.
Tickets cost £10 for adults and £5 for under-16s. The Festival of Remembrance will start at 2pm.
