A FATHER-of-three who peddled heroin and crack cocaine has been ordered to hand over just a quarter of what he made from his crime.

Fofe Lombo, of Whitebeam Court, Pinehurst, Swindon, had a list with the names of more than 50 customers on it when police searched his home.

The 27-year-old was found to have benefited from his crime to the tune of £2,127 – but will only have to hand over £547.

That cash is already in the possession of the police as £407 was found on him when he was arrested and £140 was seized from his home.

Judge Euan Ambrose gave him 28 days to hand over the money or face seven days in custody but pointed out it shouldn’t be necessary as the police had the cash.

Lombo was jailed for three-and-a-half years in June after admitting possessing heroin with intent to supply.

He also pleaded guilty to two counts of being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine between the start of October 2010 and January 20 last year.

Although he only had one wrap of heroin on him when he was arrested in January last year, his then home in Tyndale Gardens, Shaftesbury Avenue, Park South, was also searched.

Officers uncovered a number of lists of people’s names with amounts of money they owed him for drugs. And when his mobile phone was examined it was found to have more than 50 names and numbers on it with a “c” next to them, signifying customer, as well as texts about dealing.

He initially said he had been buying drugs to share with a friend but eventually admitted he had been making money from the trade.
