Wiltshire Police interrupted burglary in Swindon
WILTSHIRE Police are appealing for witnesses after an attempted burglary in Swindon.
The incident took place at the Halfords store on Fleming Way on Saturday, September 29, shortly before 3.45am.
Two male suspects broke into the building and attempted to steal a number of items. However, the burglar alarm was activated and police officers arrived swiftly on the scene.
The men then left the items outside the building and ran away.
Police have released a CCTV image, left, of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident. One of the suspects is described as a white male, about 6ft tall, wearing a black hooded top, dark coloured jeans and white trainers with blue laces.
