11:28am Friday 2nd November 2012 in News
SCHOOL, charity and community bands and choirs are being invited to perform at a Christmas fair taking place at a Wiltshire garden centre this month.
Blooms Swindon Garden Centre is looking for carolers and brass and Salvation Army bands to attend its free Christmas Fayre Weekend taking place on November 17 and 18.
Steve Harrison, manager of the garden centre, in Hay Lane, Wroughton, said: “We are looking for entertainers who can provide festive-themed entertainment for our Christmas shoppers to come along to the event.
“We are looking to link with community groups and organisations, school choirs and bands and panto societies and anyone relevant who might like to come along on one or both days to promote themselves to the several hundreds of customers who will attend the event.”
Anyone who is interested should get in touch with Porcupine PR on 01278 446801 or email Hello@porcupinepr.co.uk by Friday, November 9.
The garden centre will have festive displays featuring an array of gifts, decorations, lights and artificial trees during the weekend.
