POLICE are appealing for information about several recent burglaries in the Old Town and Lawns area, in which the offenders used high-powered saloon cars.
There were two burglaries in Sandringham Road, on October 26 and 31, and two in Marlborough Road on November 1 and 2.
These offences have taken place between 7.40am and 8pm, with three after midday.
There have been other burglaries in Pleydell Road, on October 27, and Roman Crescent, on November 3, which officers believe are linked to the Lawns offences.
Police want to hear from anyone who notices any high-powered saloon cars containing three or more men or anyone who looks out of place. Call the police on 101.
