Swindon Crown Court hears that teen is accused of imprisonment

A 16-year-old girl has been remanded into the care of the local authority accused of assault and false imprisonment.
And co-defendant Michael Price has been remanded into custody facing a single charge of actual bodily harm The 20-year-old and the teenager are said to have carried out the offences during an alleged incident on September 25.
No charges were put to the pair during a brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court and they did not enter any pleas.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday, January 18 and remanded Price into custody and the girl into the care of the local authority.
