Election: Polls close in police and crime commissioner and by-election
THE polling stations have now closed in the Wiltshire police and crime commissioner and Blunsdon and Highworth by-election.
The county-wide PCC poll involved more than 370 polling stations and 835 polling booths. They opened at 7am this morning.
The first ballot boxes have started to come into the main count centre at the Oasis Leisure Centre.
A result in the PCC election is expected to be announced in the early hours of tomorrow morning.
