PROSPECT Hospice is holding a Walk of Memories fundraising event on March 3.
The event aims to give families in the community the opportunity to remember someone special, be it a loved one, a friend or to simply enjoy a peaceful and reflective walk around the scenic Cotswold lakes.
The walk will take place at 11am on March 3 at the Cotswold Water Park, leaving from the Four Pillars Hotel. The walk will take walkers along the footpaths and bridleways that take in the scenic views of the Cotswold lakes.
The total distance is five miles and will take approximately two hours.
Genevieve Arney, events fundraiser, said: “Voluntary contributions are vital to providing our services and the generosity of our participants and the people who sponsor them will enable us to continue giving expert care and support to patients and their families for free in our community.”
