A MAN is being questioned by detectives over a stabbing at a house in Liden last night.

Police were called to the incident in Galsworthy Close at around 6.30pm and found a man with injuries which required immediate hospital treatment

His injuries are not thought to be life threatening and he remains in a stable condition in Frenchay Hospital, Bristol.

A 47-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder but police would like to speak to anyone in the area at that time who may have any information.
