Swindon Crown Court
A pair of young men who are accused of robbery and attempted robbery have been remanded in custody by a judge.
The older of them, 20-year-old Daniel Hall, is also accused of driving while unfit through drugs and without a licence or insurance.
It is alleged he and a 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, robbed one man of £18 and tried to rob another on Friday, January 4.
The following day, Hall, of Argyle Street, is said to have been driving on Dorcan Way while unfit through drugs.
He is also accused of failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and having no insurance.
No charges were put to the pair during a hearing at Swindon Crown Court. Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to March 8 and remanded them in custody.
