- Michael Wyness, 31, of Aiken Road, Swindon, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman at Swindon on December 22, 2012. He was given a nine-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs plus a £15 victim surcharge.
- Santana Zawierska, 20, of Denholme Road, Park South, pleaded guilty to assaulting a female police officer and committing a public order offence at Swindon on December 27, 2012.She was given a 12-month community order with an attendance centre requirement and supervision requirement. She was also told to pay £50 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge, and £25 costs.
- Karl Bauld, 25, of Marigold Close, Swindon, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman at Swindon on December 23, 2012. He was released on conditional bail until February 7, 2013 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
- Slawek Rzeznik, 28, of Ecklington, Dorcan, pleaded guilty to driving a Renault Megane Scenic without third-party insurance or an appropriate licence along Thamesdown Drive on November 15, 2012. He was banned from driving for six months, fined £220, and told to pay £35 costs plus a £22 victim surcharge.
- Chris Rowlands, 62, of Colingsmead, Swindon, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a urine sample to police at Gablecross Police Station on December 23, 2012. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £130, and told to pay £85 costs plus a £20 victim surcharge.
- Andrew Betterton, 30, of Hillingdon Road, Park South, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath to police at Gablecross Police Station on December 27, 2012. He was given 10 penalty points on his licence, fined £300, and told to pay £85 costs plus a £30 victim surcharge.
- Luke Hambidge, 24, of Headland grove, Swindon, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man and assaulting a male police officer at Swindon on December 23, 2012. He was given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 compensation to each of the victims, plus £50 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
- Scott Lincoln, 26, of Oxford Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Fleet Street, Swindon, and damaging a police cell on December 24, 2012. He was fined a total of £105 and told to pay £50 compensation, as well as £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
