  • "Paolo, please do not go you have done a fantastic job it would be a real shame not to complete it, I have supported STFC for over 27years through thick and thin but I cannot remember a time when it was as exciting as it has been since you came to manage the club. I have told other members of my family these are special times at STFC and to cherish them they don't come along too often. So please let the dust settle see what the new owners have to say and complete the job you started I am sure it is your destiny to do so! When you take us to the championship I would like you to stay on but I think at that point you will have multiple offers for higher things, but in my opinion you are always welcome here."

Swindon Advertiser: Send your messages to Paolo Send your messages to Paolo

WITH Swindon Town boss Paolo Di Canio threatening to quit the club, the Swindon Advertiser has launched a campaign urging him to stay at the County Ground.

To kick off our campaign, we are asking supporters to post their messages persuading Di Canio not to leave.

Leave your comment for Di Canio by logging onto the Swindon Advertiser website and clicking on the ‘comment’ section.

Once we have collated all your posts we will present them to Di Canio personally at Thursday’s press call at the County Ground.

Please keep all posts free of offensive language and we reserve the right to edit posts for grammatical errors.
